Eclipse auto body truly went above and beyond to fix my rental car on short notice while in Phoenix. I was in a really tough situation, my daughter had just had heart surgery and my rental car was hit in the parking lot of our hotel. I called around a lot of places and no one seemed to be able to fit me in short notice. Raphael and his team did not hesitate when I called their shop. They treated us with such care. I can’t say enough good about their shop. They gave me a fair price and did great work. If you’re looking for an auto body shop that you can really trust to give you a fair price and efficient turn around time definitely take your business to them. I’ll tell you what impacted me the most out of the whole experience was just how they actually had compassion and treated us as a priority. I’ll never forget them helping us during a difficult time. Most of these shops now a days just feel so commercialized and you just feel like a number to them but with Eclipse auto body you just can feel that they really care about their customers and that to me makes all the difference.
